Earth Rooted's workplace programme exists for the organizations whose work touches conflict, displacement or humanitarian crisis.

Our sessions are a direct encounter with a reality that most professional environments keep at arm's length. Every simulation is then followed by a structured conversation about what to do with what you now know.

Why Organizations Need Conflict Literacy

Journalists file from regions they have never visited. Legal professionals process asylum claims without understanding what the claimant fled. NGO workers deploy without pre-field preparation on the context they are entering. In each case, decisions are being made from second hand information filtered through media coverage that research consistently shows carries significant bias. At Earth Rooted, we believe the quality of a professional's understanding of conflict directly shapes the quality of their work within it. Conflict literacy is not supplementary to good professional practice. It is part of it.

What a Session Looks Like

Each session runs for half a day and follows a consistent arc. Participants begin with a VR episode selected for their sector or region, move into a facilitated debrief and close with a structured conversation about what changes as a result. Earth Rooted delivers sessions in person across Europe and remotely for distributed or international teams.
